Aum or Om
Aum is a Sanskrit root word or seed-sound symbolizing the creative divine intelligence which creates and sustains all things: It is also known as the cosmic vibratory intelligent word of God that sustains all the created universes.

Aum of the Vedas became the sacred word Hum of the Tibetans; Amin of the Moslems; and Amen of the Egyptians Greeks, Romans, Jews and Christians. The world's great religions agree that all created things originate in the vibratory energy of Aum or Amen, known as the Holy Ghost to the Christian faith. In the beginning was the word and the word was God…. All things were made by Him (the word or Aum); (John1:1,3).

As a running motor produces sound, so Aum testifies to the running of the cosmic motor that upholds all life and every particle of creation through vibratory energy. Quantum scientists have discovered that behind the atomic matrix of all matter, is a moving wave of intelligent vibratory fields of energy.

As with a few other advanced teachers, Paramahansa Yogananda, who wrote the spiritual classic “The Autobiography of a Yogi” teaches a meditation technique whose correct practice can bring a direct experience of God as Aum.

When the aspirants consciousness is in the advanced stage of peace she/he can be receptive to the sound of the cosmic motor and they will also naturally feel deeply attuned to prayer and actual communion.

Great saints of different religions have testified to hearing this sound of the universe while in the blissful communion with the invisible divine power (the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost” -John14; 26)

About the Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad Gita has been revered by truth-seekers of both the East and West, yet its deepest meaning, cloaked in allegory, has remained obscure. In God Talks With Arjuna, Paramahansa Yogananda offers a translation and commentary of unparalleled scope and vision.

Exploring the Gita’s psychological, spiritual, and metaphysical depths, he reveals the innermost essence of this majestic scripture while presenting an enlightening and deeply encouraging guide to who we are, why we were created, and our place and purpose in the vast cosmic scheme of things.

“The words of Lord Krishna to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita,” writes Paramahansa Yogananda, “are at once a profound scripture on the science of yoga, union with God, and a textbook for everyday living.”

The Great Battle of Life

Elucidating on the Gita’s primary metaphor of inner battle, Sri Yogananda writes, “From the moment of conception to the surrender of the last breath, man has to fight in each incarnation innumerable battles: biological, hereditary, bacteriological, physiological, climatic, social, ethical, political, sociological, psychological, metaphysical — so many varieties of inner and outer conflicts. Competing for victory in every encounter are the forces of good and evil. The whole intent of the Gita is to align man’s efforts on the side of dharma, or righteousness. The ultimate aim is Self-realization, the realization of man’s true Self, the soul, as made in the image of God, one with the ever-existing, ever-conscious, ever-new bliss of Spirit.”

Paramahansa  Yogananda

Chosen by Mahavatar Babaji to go to the West and introduce the science of Kriya Yoga meditation and the similarities between the teachings of Bhagavan Krishna in the Bhagavad-Gita and Lord Jesus Christ from the New Testament.
While emphasizing the underlying unity of the world's great religions Yogananda emphasized the Royal Path of Yoga, combining devotion to God, service to one’s fellow man, and the daily dedicated practice of the consciousness evolving Kriya yoga meditation technique.
He was the first great Yoga Master to spend over 40 years in America, tirelessly establishing meditation centers and the training of suitable disciples that could carry on the mission of disseminating his teachings. He taught his students the need for direct experience of truth, which in its ultimate sense can only be realized by an expanded state of consciousness as opposed to blind belief. He said that “The true basis of religion is not belief, but intuitive experience. Intuition is the soul’s power of knowing God. To know what religion is really all about, one must know God.” And that to know God one has to have the blessing of an expansion of bliss filled consciousness. This liberated blessing can be earned by self-effort; correct behavior as well as scientific spiritual meditation techniques which can speed up man’s evolution towards it.
He worked countless quiet miracles in his life to help others. But many have agreed that one of his greatest written miracles was his bestselling spiritual classic, the    “Autobiography of a Yogi”.   As a life-changing book, millions have been deeply surprised to find its inspiring stories awaken an enthusiastic desire to change their life in such a way that pursues the needed self-development for attaining greater happiness.
“The happiness of one's own heart alone cannot satisfy the soul; one must try to include, as necessary to one's own happiness, the happiness of others.”
.
“There is a magnet in your heart that will attract true friends. That magnet is unselfishness, thinking of others first... when you learn to live for others, they will live for you.”

“Remain calm, serene, always in command of yourself. You will then find out how easy it is to get along.”

“There are always two forces warring against each other within us.”

“Weaken a bad habit by avoiding everything that occasioned it or stimulated it, without concentrating upon it in your zeal to avoid it. Then divert your mind to some good habit and steadily cultivate it until it becomes a dependable part of you.”

Swami Sri Yukteswar

Swami Sri Yukteswar was little known to the outside world until Paramahansa Yogananda introduced how his Guru trained him in the ancient yoga tradition from the pages of "Autobiography of a Yogi." Below are several quotes associated with true anecdotal stories he tells to the young Yogananda in this popular spiritual classic.
"Look fear in the face and it will cease to trouble you."
"Attachment is blinding; it lends an imaginary halo of attractiveness to the object of desire."
"Good and positive suggestions should instruct the sensitive ears of children. Their early ideas long remain sharply etched."
"Tender inner weaknesses, revolting at mild touches of censure, are like diseased body parts, recoiling before even delicate handling."
"Some people try to be tall by cutting off the heads of others!"
"Everything in the future will improve if you make the spiritual effort now."

The Chakras

According to the advanced yogis each Women and Man has seven spiritual centers of consciousness Chakras”,corresponding to the subtle centers of light and power in the astral body.

The Physical, Astral and Causal bodies work together. “As Above So Below”.

We are a microcosm of the universe with five sheaths – Matter, Life, Mind, Intellect and Bliss.

By correct practice of meditation, and right behavior, the accomplished yogi, through pranayama ( life force control) unfolds the life energy sheaths, until the bliss sheath is attained in deepest meditation, the yogi dissolves the ego with the prayed for help of saints or God and merges the soul in blissful oneness with the Supreme Consciousness or God.

Yogis, Buddhist’s and the Saints of many paths have recognized the secret methods through which this joyous liberation can be attained.

By deeper meditation the yogi(ni) goes beyond the inner physical sounds and passes through the bodies astral kingdom hearing the various vibratory sounds of the chakras energy field.

Sounds like the blowing of the conch shells, the bumble bee, flute, harp, gong, bell, sea roar and or the combined astral symphony of OM will be heard.

Following these sounds the meditator learns to locate the centers of life in the chakras and consciousness. And after much patient practice, in time actually sees them. This achievement ordinarily requires years of meditation under the guidance and blessing of an advanced teacher who is also fully liberated.

Finally viewing the chakras and ascending ones consciousness through them in the various stages of Samadhi(Nirvana), the yogi has solved the mystery of the body connection and feels it as a play of light vibrations.

For more information the classic book

“Autobiography of A Yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda. Is an excellent introduction to this noble science.

According to the advanced yogis

Within the causal cerebrospinal “channel or brahamandai are seven spiritual centers of consciousness, corresponding to the subtle centers of light and power in the astral body.

The physical astral and causal work together. A physical vehicle empowered by astral life, with causal consciousness providing the power to cognize think, will and feel.

Man being a microcosm of the universe has with him all five sheaths – matter, life, mind, intellect and bliss He alone of all forms of creation, has the ability to unfold these entire sheaths and free his soul to become one with god. Yoga, as described in the Bhagavad-Gita and elucidated in these present stanzas is the method through which this liberation can be attained...

By correct practice of meditation, the accomplished yogi, through pranayama or life force control unfolds the life -energy sheath s until the he attains the bliss sheath in deepest meditation, the yogi merges his soul in blissful oneness with God.

Coccyx chakra has an astral sound of a buzzing bee.

Sacral center has a sound of a flute.

Lumbar center has a harp like sound

Dorsal center has a bell like sound.

Cervical center has an ocean rumbling sound

The united medulla and Christ center

By deeper meditation the yogi goes beyond the inner physical sounds and when he passes through the astral kingdom he begins to hear the various vibratory sounds of the astral vital forces (sounds like the blowing of the conch shells, or round full rolling vibrations of musical quality): the bumble bee, flute, harp, gong bell, sea roar and the astral symphony.

Following these sounds he learns to locate the centers of life and consciousness. Locating the centers, he in time actually sees them. This achievement ordinarily requires of years of meditation under the guidance and blessing of an advanced guru. Finally viewing the centers and ascending his consciousness through them in the various stages of Samadhi, the yogi has solved the mystery of the body. He knows it as a manaipulable for of light vibrations.

Of Earths life forms, we alone have the evolved ability to unfold these entire sheaths and free our soul from the egos delusive identity to the body, to become one with the Cosmic Spirit or God.

Babaji

Mahavatar Babaji is the Supreme Guru in the line of Masters of the Self Realization Fellowship and the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. In 1920 He told Paramahansa Yogananda, "You are the one I have chosen to spread the message of Kriya Yoga in the West...the scientific technique of God-Realization will ultimately spread in all lands, and aid in harmonizing the nations through man's personal transcendental perception of the Infinite Father."
Below are some quotes from the great Master related in the spiritual classic, "Autobiography of a Yogi."
"For the fault of the many, judge not the whole. Everything on Earth is of mixed character, like a mingling of sand and sugar. Be like the wise ant that seizes only the sugar, and leaves the sand untouched."
"By serving wise and ignorant sadhus, I am learning the greatest of virtues, pleasing to God above all others - humility."
"Truth is for earnest seekers, not for those of idle curiosity. It is easy to believe when one sees; no soul searching's are then necessary. Super sensual truth is deservedly discovered by those who overcome their natural materialistic skepticism."

Chakra Design Frequency Bangle $880 (plus the cost of spring links). Pure silver spring links are $35 each and measure 5/8” in length (0.625”).

Quartz Crystals
: ~15 carats each, Pearl: ~10-11 carats,
Red Coral: ~6-7 carats

The Chakra Frequency Bangle is 7 3/4 or 7.75 inches long without spring links. Please measure the length of your arm, while relaxed at your side, above the bicep and just below the deltoid (shoulder) to get the proper measurement of your upper arm. Please refer to picture.

We recommend that all medium, large and extra large frequency bangles have a double parallel band of pure silver links.

Paramahansa Yogananda in his book "Autobigraphy of a Yogi" suggested pure copper, silver as well as pure gold as a wonderful strengthener to mitigate or nullify certain aspects of negative karma.

Despite large increases in the price of silver, we have tried to maintain some price stability but we expect to have to raise our prices as the dollar declines and the price of silver rises.

All the designs are related to the provisional patent applied for and accepted with the US Patent office.

Note: All quartz crystal, pearl and red coral weights are approximate.
