1. First measure the part where you intend to wear it (wrist, above the elbow, knee, and so on). Wrap a cloth measuring tape snug around the part but not tight. For a wrist bracelet, make sure to measure your hand as some individuals with slender wrists may have a hand that is slightly larger than their wrist.
